Course Objectives The objectives of this course is to make students grasp pyschological and sociological aspects of human behaviour and to develop an awareness about properties of interpersonal communication in small groups and about its effect on business life.
Course Description The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Describe the main principles of human behaviour.
  • Describe the stages in the development of human behaviour.
  • Describe how the processes such as learning, motivation and perception operates.
  • Explain the factors that have effect on human behaviour.
  • Explain the personality and theories of personality
Course Content This course covers the issus of approaches to behavioral sciences and research methods, sensation and perception, learning, memory, cognition, language, concepts, and thought in solving a problem, motivation and excitement, personality and theories of personality, psychology of abnormal behaviours, social psychology, developmental psychology.
