Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach students general medical terminology, the medical profession occupational term that was originally used in the spelling, learn the meaning and the reading,and intended to enable the register in case of need.
Course Description The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to learn general medical terminology
  • Will be able to learn systemic medical terminology
  • Will be able to establish relationship between medical terms and diseases.
  • Will be able to redirect patients
  • Will be able to record medical terms
Course Content Terminology, pre-and suffixes. Blood Diseases Terminology. Diagnostic Terminology. Respiratory System Terminology. Motion System Terminology. Cardiovascular System Terminology. Urinary and Reproductive System Terminology. Gastro-Intestinal System Terminology. Eye and ENT Terminology. Endocrine System Terminology. Terminology of Dermatology. Nervous System and Psychiatric Terminology.
