Course Description The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to define the beginning, development and importance of public relations
  • will be able to describe the basic principles, methods and new concepts of public relations
  • will be able to define written and visual, internal and external communication instruments
  • will be able to prepare and apply "patient satisfaction survey", enter the data and evaluate the results
  • will be able to describe campaigne and the materials used in campaignes in public relations
